Prior to founding Redwood Leaders, Jennifer held an executive talent management position with a national healthcare staffing firm. Prior to that position, she worked in a variety of industries transforming human resources and talent management to meet the ever-changing business climate.

Her efforts are characterized by trust-based, collaboration, innovative and practical solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
