She leverages deep business expertise and applies them to enterprise-wide leadership, talent, and human capital transformation initiatives. Jennifer is a pragmatic, results-driven leader that puts people development at the core of her initiatives to ensure long-term success and sustainability of all deliverables.
Prior to founding Redwood Leaders, Jennifer held an executive talent management position with a national healthcare staffing firm. Prior to that position, she worked in a variety of industries transforming human resources and talent management to meet the ever-changing business climate.
Jennifer has earned a reputation for people-first, business-focused results. Her efforts are characterized by trust-based, collaboration, innovative and practical solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
